Experience:
Throughout his professional career Chris has been involved in all kinds of commercial property projects, including the initial development and letting of Chelsea Harbour, a mixed retail, commercial and residential development in West London and the development and subsequent management of a number of major retail projects, including the regional shopping centre at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

Chris also has vast experience of acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to all types of property and has a particular interest in retail premises. Chris is able to deal with the sales and purchases of all types of property and has been involved with many complex and multi tenanted Premises.

Chris has the expertise and experience to handle commercial property transactions of considerable complexity. He has also undertaken sales and purchases of small businesses. He is an advisor to several property developers and assists them in the early stages of acquisition of land for development both for commercial and residential properties, also the acquisition of properties for flat conversion.
